The minimum age for marriage in Texas with Parental Consent is 16. Judicial approvalis
required for anyone under the age of 16. Individuals 16 or 17 must have either judicial
approval or parental consent. Minor applicant must provide a certified copy of their
birth certificate and Social Security numbers. Indentification is required for the
consenting parent. (Texas Driver's License or Texas State I.D.) |
