Effective July 1, 1997, the following items wil be required in order to file a
plat with McLennan County Clerk's office. This is necessary to maintain a good historical
record of the plats filed in McLennan County. |

Required Plat size 18 x 24 for first page and all consecutive pages. |
|
|

The plat and all supporting documents must be on original mylar sepias (plastic)(rolled)
|
|
|
|
Original signature and stamp seal of the surveyor
|
|
|
|
Fieldnotes of the survey
|
|
|
|
Dedication of the Subdivision by the owners
(signatures must be followed by notary acknowledgment).
|
|
|
|
Approval by the proper city and/or county authority.
|
|
|
|
All stamp seals and signatures must be original.
|
|
|
|

Filing fee will be $27.00 first page and $5.00 each additional page |

|

Full size (18 x 24) certified copies will be $5.00 for the certification plus $3.00
per page. Full size (18 x 24) plain copies will be $3.00 per page. Reduced certified
copies (11 x 17 or smaller) will be $5.00 for the certifiecation plus $1.00 per
page. Reduced plain copies (11 x 17 or smaller) will be $1.00 per page.
